What are your return, refund, and exchange policy?

We know how important it is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. Suppose, for any reason, the item is damaged or defective. In that case, we will gladly accept returns postmarked within 7 days after delivery. Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

All return intent must be filed through email at shop@vsteesla.com within 7 days  after receiving your order for assessment and approval.

Here’s a quick return policy checklist for your reference: 

  • All item/s subject to return, refund, or exchange should strictly be processed 7 days from the date received.
  • All tags should be intact and attached to the item/s.
  • All item/s should be in their original packaging.
  • All item/s should be packed neatly and securely with the invoice/ original receipt.
  • All item/s should be in the same condition, unwashed, unworn, as when they first arrived.

TAKE NOTE:

VS Tees is not liable for the discrepancies on the returned items if the customer fails to provide proof that the items and the parcel are in good condition and are sealed and signed prior to return. 

You can choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are only available for the size and color of the same style. Exchanging different products is strictly not allowed. All shipping costs, including the return label for all exchange item/s, will be shouldered by the customer.

Reminder:

— If your exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, we will proceed to refund you fully in-store credit. 

  1. Refund - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. 

Reminder: 

— Shipping fees are non-refundable.

— The customer shall take full responsibility for submitting the correct information. 

— VS Tees will not be liable for a refund on an incorrect account number provided by the      customer.

— Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  1. Replacement - In rare cases that you received a wrong or defective item, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us. Make sure the item is in the condition you received it in. 

A few more things to note:

— VS Tees reserves the right to withhold any refunds, exchanges, or replacements if your original item has not reached our branch/warehouse. 

— Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. 

— VS Tee’s will issue a return label for all the approved item return and exchange transactions for tracking number purposes. No return label updates, no refunds. 

 Shipping

— The customer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

— Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Late or missing refunds 

— If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
