Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or store credit: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you require a minimum for printing?

We are dedicated to providing quality so there are no minimums for blank apparel and digital printing. However, for screen printing, the minimum order is 36 pieces. For orders below this number, the (sustainable) economical option is digital printing to help the globe. For embroidery, the minimum order required is 48 pieces.

Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

If you got an address, we can ship it. But if you’re outside the US you’ll be subject to local duties and taxes depending on shipping location. Also keep in mind that product weight, package size, and its destination are some of the factors that make up shipping fees.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

We don’t unfortunately. Our carriers can’t ensure prompt and safe delivery to those addresses, so we don’t have service to those destinations at this point in time.

Can I exchange stuff?

At this time we do not offer exchanges.

What are your hours of operation?

We are here to support you from Mondays-Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm, Saturdays from 9 am – 2 pm and closed on Sundays/Holidays. Drop by and say hello!

What resolution is optimal for my artwork?

For the cleanest results when it comes to printing, we highly recommend a 300 dpi resolution for all your images, unless you want it blurry, then that’s on you.

What file types do you accept for upload?

For uploading: .PNG, .JPEG, .PSD, .ai files are accepted through our system.

My image looks pixelated, can you fix it?

No worries, we are here to help fix the uh-ohs! As long as the photo image is at least 300 dpi resolution.

Do you have a sizing chart?

We are committed to making finding your fit a breeze because we get how frustrating it can be when you are not sure of the difference in size from silhouette to silhouette. Don’t trip — we have all of the measurements for each garment listed on our size chart on each product page on our website to make it easy for you.

What is the difference between Screenprint and DTG?

Screen Print is a printing method that uses ink that is pressed through a mesh (the screen) to the fabric while Direct to Garment Printing is a printing technique where a garment printer prints on the t-shirt.

What type of ink do you use?

We use 2 types of ink, Plastisol and water-based ink. Plastisol is a PVC-based ink, which means that it must be heated to a high temperature while Water-based inks are soluble ink that is absorbed into the fibers of the shirt, making the design stay longer and one with the shirt.

Do you do sample orders?

Sure thing, you can place a small order to help you decide on which kind of printing you would need. Please note: We would want to clarify that we often use DTG Printing for small quantity orders. To help you further, you can go check out our photos via our gallery page to see what would work best for you.

How do I get a quote?

Go to the Home Page, Fill out the Quote Form and select your desired quantity, and then hit “Submit”. You will be given a quote for the total and the cost for each item.

How is my price determined?

Price is determined by the quantity, printing technique to be used, the number of ink colors (this is for screenprinting), the size of the artwork, and the artwork placement area.

When will I receive my order?

Production time is an average of 3 to 5 business days depending on the time and the intricacy of the order.
